Analysis of the Efficacy of Delivery Room Midwife Escort on Reducing Postpartum Bleeding in Natural Delivery

摘　　要：Objective: to explore and analyze the effect of the delivery room midwife to reduce the postpartum bleeding. Methods: 60 women from January 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups and 30 in each group;the observation group performed full care measures for midwives in the delivery room and the control group performed routine nursing intervention. Results: the difference between the two groups was not significant, P> 0.05. The labor schedule and clinical delivery indicators in the observation group were better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: the delivery midwife can reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding.
