摘　　要：Peritoneal metastasis is one of the common distant metastasis sites of advanced gastric cancer, and it is also the primary factor of shortening the survival time of gastric cancer patients. Due to the complicated pathogenesis, difficult diagnosis and treatment and unfavorable prognosis of the disease, it has received extensive clinical attention. Therefore, in recent years, relevant researchers have been devoting themselves to the research and exploration of clinical diagnosis and treatment of peritoneal metastatic carcinoma of gastric cancer, aiming at improving the survival rate of patients and their prognosis through precise treatment measures. In view of this, this article reviews the clinical treatment progress of metastatic carcinoma of gastric cancer combined with relevant literature for reference.
