Analysis of the Efficacy of Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin Calcium in Treating Hypertension Combined with Carotid Atherosclerosis

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the efficacy of clopidogrel and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension combined with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods: 100 patients with carotid atherosclerosis in our hospital were divided into two groups: A (n=50) and n=50) and B (n = 50), and the study was conducted from January 2020 to June 2021. All the patients were treated with atorvastatin calcium in addition to the conventional treatment, and the additional clopidogrel treatment was added in group B, and then a control analysis of the treatment effect was performed. Results: the total response rate in group B was higher than group A, double pressure, plaque area, IMT, TG, TC and LD levels were lower than group A, and HDL was higher than group A, which were significant (P " 0.05). Conclusion: clopidogrel and atorvastatin calcium can treat hypertension combined with carotid atherosclerosis, which can help patients to stabilize and improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level, and effectively reduce the plaque area, and can actively promote the disease prognosis.
