Analysis of Drug Use of Anti-insomnia Therapy in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

摘　　要：Objective: to make statistics on the application of anti-insomnia drugs in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and compare and analyze the effectiveness and safety of different drugs, so as to promote clinical safe and rational drug use. Methods: 82 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who received anti insomnia drugs from January 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into zolpidem group and estazolam group according to the different use of anti insomnia drugs. The relevant indicators during the treatment of corresponding anti insomnia drugs and after the withdrawal of drugs were compared and analyzed between the groups. Results: the average sleep time of zolpidem group was (22.68 ± 5.06) min, significantly shorter than that of estazolam group (44.33 ± 8.97) min (P < 0.05), and the average sleep time was (8.16 ± 1.37) h, significantly longer than that of estazolam group (6.96 ± 0.82)h (P < 0.05);The average PSQI score of zolpidem group was (10.00 ± 2.49) points, which was significantly lower than that of estazolam group (13.18 ± 1.68) min (P < 0.05);Compared with estazolam group, zolpidem group had a higher incidence of anterograde amnesia (40.54% vs 17.78%, P < 0.05), but the incidence of headache (13.51% vs 33.33%), drug resistance (29.73% vs 71.11%), hallucination (13.51% vs 33.33%), ataxia (5.41% vs 31.11%), and respiratory depression (0vs13.33%) was significantly higher than that of estazolam group (P < 0.05);The incidence of insomnia, anxiety and drug dependence in the zolpidem group was significantly lower than that in the estazolam group (32.43% vs 57.78%, 8.11% vs 53.33%, 10.81% vs 60.00%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: zolpidem is effective and highly safe in the treatment of insomnia in maintenance hemodialysis patients, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
