摘　　要：Insomnia refers to a kind of subjective experience that cannot meet the requirements of sleep time and sleep quality and affects daytime functions. Common manifestations include decreased sleep time, decreased sleep quality, inattention and memory loss, which seriously affect the lives and work of patients. Under various pressures in today's society, the occurrence rate of insomnia is gradually increasing and developing with a trend of rejuvenation. The holographic scraping therapy is used to treat insomnia patients, which can obviously improve the insomnia symptoms of patients and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients. The therapeutic effect is significant and is worthy of promotion.
