Research on Effect and Safety of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the efficacy of amlodipine and enalapril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: 64 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were strictly selected as the key objects of this study. The department randomly divided them into two groups, the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. In terms of medication treatment, amlodipine and enalapril were used in the former group of patients with hypertension, and amlodipine tablets were used in the latter group. The changes of blood pressure, clinical indicators, incidence of adverse reactions, treatment effect, changes of serum inflammatory factors, improvement of quality of life and other research data of the two groups during the medication period were balanced into the statistical software for calculation.
