Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Omeprazole + Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Patients

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the effect of omeprazole plus amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 94 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into single-drug group and combined group under the sample size of 47 cases. The former was treated with omeprazole, while the latter was treated with omeprazole plus amoxicillin. All the samples were selected from February 2021 to February 2022. The therapeutic effects were observed, oxidative stress indicators and inflammatory factors were detected, adverse reactions were counted, immune indicators were detected and satisfaction was evaluated. Results: the effective data of all gastric ulcer patients were statistically higher in the combined group (95.74%) than in the single drug group (78.72%), P<0.05. ROS, SOD and other indicators were detected before medication, so as to understand the oxidative stress. There was no difference between the combined group and the single drug group (P>0.05). After taking the medicine, the indexes such as ROS and SOD were detected to understand the oxidative stress, among which ROS in the combined group was lower than that in the single medicine group, and SOD in the combined group was higher than that in the single medicine group, P<0.05. Before medication, CRP, TNF-α and other indicators of each sample were tested, so as to understand the inflammatory situation. There was no difference between the combined group and the single drug group (P>0.05). After taking the medicine, CRP, TNF-α and other indicators of each sample were detected, through which the inflammatory situation was understood. All indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the single-drug group (P<0.05). There was no difference between the combined group (6.38%) and the single-drug group (2.13%), P>0.05.
