摘 要:Objective: to explore the therapeutic effect of chlorogenic acid and penicillin aqueous solution in Flos Lonicerae on mice infected by hemolytic streptococcus. Methods: 80 healthy adult mice were randomly divided into penicillin group and chlorogenic acid group after successful model establishment of hemolytic streptococcus infection mice, and the effect indexes (The levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and NO;Swelling degree of peach body;erythrocyte sedimentation) after model establishment and intervention of the two mice were compared;Swelling degree of peach body;Erythrocyte sedimentation rate). Results: after the intervention, the contents of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and NO in the mice of penicillin group and chlorogenic acid group decreased compared with those of the model group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the contents of IL-6 (62.18±4.07 ng/l), TNF-α (50.17±3.66 ng/l), IL-1β (58.76±4.01 pg/ml) and NO (3.01±0.41 umol/l) in chlorogenic acid group mice were lower than those in penicillin group mice (78.54±5.51 ng/l), (67.44±4.29 ng/l), (71.45±6.29 pg/ml) and (3.74±0.59umol/l). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion: chlorogenic acid, an active ingredient in Flos Lonicerae, can actively improve the inflammatory state in mice infected by Streptococcus hemolyticus, and its short-term effect is even stronger than that of antibiotics.
