摘 要:The means of cancer treatment and the understanding of chemotherapeutic drugs have made continuous progress in the past few decades. Chemotherapy is a basic and widely useful therapeutic method, and various therapeutic methods have been developed based on chemotherapeutic drugs. Chemotherapy drugs are mainly a class of cytotoxic drugs, which can be divided into synthetic drugs and natural drugs according to their sources. Drugs from natural sources constitute about 60% of the anti-cancer drugs, among which vinca alkaloids, taxanes and camptothecin drugs are important representatives. Vinca alkaloids, as microtubule-targeted drugs, are of great significance in the treatment of cancer and have other cytotoxic effects. Paclitaxel is a classic anti-cancer drug with unique mechanism of action, and is considered to be one of the most successful natural anti-cancer drugs, and has the function of regulating immune cells;Camptothecin is a unique class of chemotherapeutic drugs, and its derivatives have different pharmacokinetic characteristics. Antibody-coupled drugs with camptothecin and its analogs as the toxic load have played a huge role in clinical practice. In recent years, a lot of progress has been made in the research of natural chemotherapeutic drugs, which play an important role in cancer treatment. This article focuses on the mechanism of action and clinical application of the above three drugs.
