Clinical Observation on Paroxetine in the Treatment of Depression and Anxiety Disorder after Ischemic Stroke

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical efficacy of paroxetine in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety disorder after ischemic stroke. Methods: 80 patients with depression and anxiety disorder after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group with routine treatment, and the other group was additionally treated with paroxetine. Each group contained 40 patients, and the treatment conditions of the two groups were observed. Results: compared with the control group, the effective rate of the study group was higher (P < 0.05). Before and after treatment, the emotional state, sleep quality and neurotransmitter level of the study group improved more significantly, P < 0.05. Conclusion: paroxetine is helpful to improve the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with depression and anxiety disorder after ischemic stroke, and it is worth popularizing.
