Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Tandospirone Combined with Olanzapine on Cognitive Function of Schizophrenia Patients

摘　　要：Objective: to study and explore the effect of tandospirone+olanzapine on schizophrenia. Methods: in this study, 80 hospitalized patients with PANSS scores higher than 60 at admission from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with tandospirone on the basis of olanzapine, while the control group only took olanzapine. After 12 weeks of treatment, PANSS was used to evaluate the curative effect of the two samples, and MCCB method (MCCB) was used to evaluate the cognitive function of the two samples. Results: there were significant differences in four dimensions between the two groups. For example, in connection, continuous operation, digital sequence and spatial span, the scores of four dimensions in the control group were 0.42 ± 0.08, 188.25 ± 21.31, 19.12 ± 2.15 and 17.45 ± 3.36, while those in the observation group were 0.39 ± 0.05, 175.53 ± 24.52, 17.26 ± 4.56,15.25 ± 3.17, (P < 0.05). In terms of curative effect, the observation group is obviously better than the control group, and the 90% effective rate between the two groups is higher than the 80% difference (P < 0.05). There was no obvious side effect between the two groups. The incidence of side effect was 12.5% in the control group, but only 7.5% in the observation group, but there was no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of schizophrenia patients with medication in the observation group can show remarkable effect on improving their cognitive ability, and has certain clinical application value.
