Effect of Endo Combined with Paclitaxel and Nedaplatin Concurrent Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of Endo combined with paclitaxel and nedaplatin on the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: from January 2019 to December 2021, 32 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 16 cases in each group. Paclitaxel, nedaplatin combined with Endor were used to compare the curative effects. Results: there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower quality of life score and higher curative effect (P<0.05). Conclusion: endorsement combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, which can significantly improve the chemotherapy effect and quality of life of patients.
