摘　　要：心理健康已经成为阻碍大学生学习、生活的重要因素之一,因心理问题不能正常学习和生活而休学或退学的学生人数呈逐年上升。本文参考心理健康标准,在分析大学生心理问题的表现与特征基础上,提出了加强高校大学生心理健康教育的途径和方法。Nowadays psychological health has become one of the biggest hindrances in the university students' healthy life and learning. More and more students suspended their schooling or dropped out because of psychological problem. Based on the analysis of behaviors and characteristics of the patients, in the thesis, the author proposed some effective ways and countermeasures for strengthening university students' psychological health education by referring the psychological health standard data.
