摘  要:为筛选降解海水养殖水体氨氮的酵母菌,从海泥和海水中取样,得到能高效降解氨氮的海泥酵母 HN-2.研究了养殖水体中 C/N 比对 HN-2氨氮降解效果的影响,并对 HN-2生物特性进行研究.结果表明:C/N比约为4/1时,该 HN-2菌在16 h 内能使氨氮浓度为30 mg/L 的养殖水体中氨氮降解51.3%,24 h 时氨氮降解率为97.8%.而对照组16 h 内氨氮降解率为48.2%,16~24 h 内氨氮降解率基本无变化;其生物特性为:对数生长期为6~18 h,36 h 时菌量达到最大.最适生长 pH 值7.0、温度30℃、盐度(0~3)%.Through isolating and selecting yeasts in the sea water and mud,one yeast named HN-2 was got which could degrade ammonia effectively.The effects of C/N in the breed aquatics water on the ammo- nia degrading of HN-2 yeast and its biological characteristics were studied.The experimental results showed that:within 16 h,Yeast HN-2 could reach the 51.3 % degradation rate of ammonia in breed aquat- ics water containing 30 mg/L ammonia,and its degradation rate of ammonia was 97.8% within 24 h; whereas the contrast group could reach 48.2% degradation rate within 16 h and the degradation had no change between 16~24 h.Its biological characteristics were these:the logarithmic phase was 6~18 h,the most number yeast reached on 36 h,the best pH7.0,temperature 30℃ and salinity was(0~3)%.
