摘  要:酒精蒸馏塔排出的高温酒精糟液,进入"三效闪蒸"系统,糟液沸点迅速降低,在负压环境便开始沸腾、汽化,产生的二次蒸汽进入蒸发系统作为加热的热源,同时加热过程二次蒸汽被冷凝成液体;糟液因沸腾、汽化,温度迅速降低,并由稀变稠,减少了待蒸发的清液量,降低了蒸发负荷,节约了蒸汽消耗量。"三效闪蒸"工艺简单、运行成本低、节约资源等,为酒精行业清洁生产、走循环经济的新途径。(孙悟)As high-temperature alcohol draff discharged from alcohol distillation tower flowed into "Three-effect flash distillation" system,the boiling point of draff decreased rapidly and began to boil and gasify under negative pressure environment to produce secondary steam which further flowed into steaming system as heating source,and secondary steam was condensed into liquid during heating process at the same time.Such process could decrease clean liquid quantity for steaming,reduce steaming load,and save steam ...
