摘　　要：对啤酒厂里无菌气体的微生物检测方法中的定性、定量分析及其他方面进行对比、结合生产实际情况，试图探讨一种行之有效的比较快速、经济、合理的检测方法。The qualitative and quantitative analysis and other methods were compared in the micorobe determination of the beer plant. Auording to the reality, a kind f practicalmethod, which was fast, economical and rational, was discussed.
