论“以人为本”教育理念下的高校学生管理工作

摘　　要：“以人为本”教育理念,适应了时代要求和高校学生教育管理工作的需要,是对传统教育理念的创新和发展。“以人为本”教育理念,要求高校教育管理工作者必须转变传统的管理思想,进行教育管理制度的创新,确立学生的教育主体地位,注重学生的个性化发展。在当前乃至今后相当长的时期内,贯彻落实“以人为本”的教育管理理念,对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,全面推进大学生素质教育,促进大学生健康成长成材,做好高校思想政治工作具有重大的现实意义。The education idea of "people-oriented" has adapted to the times request of the management in the colleges and universities,which is innovative and development to the traditional idea of education.Colleges and universities educational management staff must change traditional manage idea because of "people-oriented" idea,and establish the main body position of student,attaching importance to the students' development.
