摘　　要：高层次人才具有高智能性和强专业性,对区域经济发展的贡献数倍于普通专业技术人员,为国内外各行业所急需。江苏是我国的经济大省和人才大省,在构建富民强省和"人才高峰"的过程中,依然需要相当数量高层次人才的智力支持,这样才能使江苏经济社会均衡、健康发展。High-level personnel with high intelligence and speciality,contribute to the development of the regional economy several times the rate of contribution from general professionals.They are urgently needed by domestic industries.Jiangsu is rich in both economic and talented persons,but in the processes of building a strong and rich province,and building the 'talent peak',a considerable number of high-level personnel are still needed to enable the balanced and healthy development in Jiangsu economy and society...
