高职教育的“精”、“实”、“工”探析

摘　　要：高职院校要围绕"精"、"实"、"工"开展各方面的建设。所谓"精",就是要求专兼职教师队伍要精,要有精品专业、精品课程以及精品教学包和课程包;所谓"实",就是要将校内、外实习实训基地、产学研基地和学生就业基地的建设落到实处;所谓"工",就是要整合教学资源,解放学生,缔造一个开放的教学系统,提高办学质量。通过"精"、"实"、"工"三个维度的全面建设,可以提升学校的竞争力。Higher vocational education should be developed around the three dimensionalities of "refinement","practice" and "project".What is called "refinement" means that there should have a intelligent and capable teacher team and a passel of refined specialties,courses and teaching packages.What is called "practice" means that the construction of base for exercitation, obtaining employment and integration of "produce,learning and studying".What is called "project" means that an open system based on full practice s...
