摘　　要：本文回顾了土木工程在各个历史时期对人类社会的重要影响,探讨了土木工程的发展所引发的道德伦理问题,阐明了土木工程师的工程伦理重心和伦理责任。提出土木工程师在从事土木工程活动时,应该遵循的工程伦理五项理想原则。Being an old technology ahead of the others, civil engineering makes a great impact on the world at all times.
