摘　　要：方法和论证一直是科学研究的核心问题,也是影响社会科学研究客观性的重要因素。经济法学研究和批判中存在的诸如过于任意和主观等许多问题大都与研究方法和论证有密切的联系。因此,围绕方法和论证在科学研究中的地位及功能,在阐述了方法和论证对经济法学研究和批判正当性的影响、归纳了经济法学研究和批判缺乏方法和论证的基本表现、分析了经济法学研究和批判缺乏方法和论证对其学术品格的影响、探讨了经济法学研究和批判缺乏方法和论证的原因等基础上,经济法学要具备真正的学术品格,必须重视并遵守方法和论证的约束,并提出了经济法学研究和批判回归科学方法和论证的基本路径。Scientific methods and demonstrations are always the core of scientific study, and they also determined its objectivity. In the study and critics on economic jurisprudence,there are many problems,such as,too much arbitraryness and subjectivity,and they are all related with the methods and demonstrations.
