摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PIC16f877单片机的真空干燥箱高精度恒温控制系统,给出了其硬件和软件设计以及系统的实验结果。针对被控对象具有大时滞,非线性的特点,系统采用了模糊控制算法和PID控制算法对温度进行实时控制。实验证明该系统对于不同干燥箱,在不同环境下都可以实现较高的测量精度,较小的超调量,无需调节PID参数等良好的智能控制功能。To control vacuum drying oven temperature,this paper introduced a device based on a microcontroller PIC16f877.The hardware,software design and the experimental results were given.According to the controlled object s characteristics of long time lag and nonlinear,the system adopted the fuzzy PID control algorithm.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the system accomplishes the intelligent control functions of high precision,smaller overshoot,without adjusting PID parameters and so on.
