摘　　要：大学在确定人才培养目标时,往往会陷入矛盾冲突之中,这些冲突的实质是通识教育与专业教育两者之间的冲突。科学整合通识教育与专业教育科学,应实现人的主体性价值与工具性价值、人文精神与科学精神、理智发展与专业技能培养、学问修养与人格修养、显性影响与隐性影响的辩证统一,从而促进人的全面自由和谐发展。Conflicts often occur when universities set up goals of fostering talents.The essence of these conflicts is between general education and professional education.Both two kinds of education should be integrated scientifically so as to combine and balance the value of subjectivity and the value of functions;the sprit of human science and nature science;the training for knowledge and specialized skills;the education for intellectual and personality;as well as the visible influence and the invisible influence.T...
