摘　　要：做好班主任工作是提高成教办学质量和办学信誉、促进成人教育事业发展的基础工作之一.而其中起决定作用的是班主任的素质,因此本文从充分了解学生特点、对自身素质的要求和对问题的处理几个方面讨论如何提高成人教育班主任的素质问题.Adult education is one of the most import part in advanced education.It helps to increase teacher s ability in theory and work.Doing a good teacher in charge of a class is the base of advancing quality of teaching and school credit.So,it is discussed how to promote ability of a teacher in charge of class in adult education.
