摘　　要：胃癌的发生是多步骤、多基因参与的过程.抑瘤基因p53变异在胃癌的发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用.对p53基因及其蛋白质的结构、生物学功能和p53基因多态性及基因突变对胃癌发生、发展的影响进行了综述.The development of gastric cancer is involved in multiple steps and mediated by a lot of genes.Variation of suppressor p53 gene plays a major role in development of gastric cancer.The structures,biological functions of both p53 gene and P53 protein and the influences of genetic polymorphisms and mutations of p53 to development and progression of gastric cancer are described.
