摘　　要：分析高职教师科研素养的内涵与现状,论述培育与提高高职教师科研素养的意义;阐述培育高职教师科研素养内外相结合的方式,总结了研究与实践所取得的成果。Connotation of the scientific research accomplishment of teachers of the vocational colleges was expounded,and the present situation was analyzed.Significance of cultivation and enhancement of the scientific research accomplishment of teachers of the vocational colleges was studied in more detail.The method to cultivate the scientific research accomplishment of teachers of vocational colleges was elaborated in detail.The achievements of studying and practicing were introduced.
