摘　　要：虚拟企业作为企业的一种类型,在其运行的本质上与我们熟知的传统企业在企业的根本特征上没有本质的差别,但虚拟企业有着传统企业体制上不可比拟的优势。每一家企业都有自身的优势,也有其自身的弱项。通过社会资源整合,把各个企业优势整合在一起,弱项交由其他企业完成。生产要素能在更大范围内流动配置。The hypothesized enterprise takes the enterprise one kind of type, essentially the traditional enterprise which know very well with us does not have essential in its movement in enterprise's basic characteristic the difference, but the hypothesized enterprise has in the traditional enterprise system the incomparable superiority. Each enterprise all has own superiority, also has its own athletic event in which one is weak. Through the social resources conformity, each enterprise superiority conformity in the same place, the athletic event in which one is weak hands over by other enterprises completes. The element of production can flow the disposition in wide range.
