摘 要:根据相关绩效管理理论,首先探讨科研机构中学科带头人绩效考核的原则和主要指标;其次根据主要考核指标和实际情况,采用定性和定量相结合的办法从科研业绩、管理能力和发展前景三类指标建立了对学科带头人评价考核的多维模型;然后,通过使用考核模型从投入、产出、时间、实力、声誉和士气等细化因素对具体实例进行了实践检验,收到了良好的效果,从而指导进行了对学科带头人的年度考核评价工作;最后,提出了指导今后绩效考核评价工作的建议。According to the related achivement management theories,the principles and major indexes of achivement evaluation for leaders of a field of learning in scientific research institute are inquired into.Then based on evaluation indexes and actual situation,the qualitative method is combined with quantitative method.Start with the three kinds of index,that is,research accomplishment,management ability,and development prospect,a multi-dimension model for evaluation of leaders of a field of learning is built.Using the model,from the fine factors,that consist of devotion,output,time,real strenght,good reputation and morale,the actual case is testified and the good result is recieved.Therefore the model is used for instructing the annual assessment for the leaders.Finally,the suggestions for the future achivement evaluation are formed.
