摘　　要：为了开发适于双低油菜籽脱皮冷榨的螺旋榨油机 ,在大量实验研究的基础上 ,设计并研制了一种新颖的小型双阶多级压榨的冷榨机。通过对该机的性能实验 ,结果表明未经预处理的脱皮菜籽仁 (水分 6 .3% ;湿基含油 4 4.7% )的油脂提取率为 85 %以上 ,干饼残油率为 10 .8% ,榨笼的最高温度为 6 0 .5℃。而且 ,在喂料段通过增大输送螺旋的封料长度 ,设置带阻转槽的衬套成功地解决了这种高油、低粗纤维含量的软油料的输送 ,无需专门的强制喂料装置。In order to develop a screw press for cold pressing de hulled double low rapeseed, a small capacity double stair and multiple stage compression screw press for cold expressing was designed and constructed based on numerous tests.The results on the press show that the oil yield efficiency for de hulled rapeseed kernel(wt,6.3%; oil,44.7%)without pretreatments is 85%, dry cake residual oil rate is 10.8%,and the maximum barrel temperature is 60.5℃.Furthermore,the feeding zone having an enough covering length of grooved bushing work successfully out transport of the special soft oilseed with high oil content and low crude fiber content without other forced feeding sets. The developed expeller could profitably be used for small-scale processing of rapeseed and other special oilseed in rural areas of China.
