摘 要:企业在培训方面的投入并不一定会自动转化为绩效的提高,培训效果受到个人、组织以及培训系统等多方面因素的制约和影响。论文通过对长沙市一家高新技术企业进行问卷调查,对影响该企业培训效果的各因素进行了实证研究,提出从深入了解员工需求、改革培训技术与方法、积极培育转化环境、加强沟通以及进行深层评估等四个方面来提高该企业培训效果的具体建议。The input in training by enterprises may not be turned into the improvement of the perfromance automatically;the training effectiveness is restricted and influenced by factors in many aspects such as individuals,organizations and the training systems.This author investigated a high-tech enterprise in Changsha by questionnaire,and studied the factors which influence the training effectiveness of the corporation.Then this paper puts forward suggestions that this corporation can improve the training effectiveness from the following aspects:reforming training technique and method,attending to the demands of staff,fostering the transforming environment actively,strengthening communication and carrying on in-depth assessment,etc.
