加强高职院校师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：师资队伍建设是高职教育能否持续健康发展的关键。目前我国高职院校师资队伍的现状并不容乐观,存在许多不足之处。我们应从开拓引进人才的途径、改善师资结构、加快“双师型”师资队伍建设、健全师资培养培训体系等方面采取积极的对策,加速实现高职教育的现代化。Teaching staff is the key which is concerned with the fact that whether colleges of technology could be developed continuously and healthily.At present,the situation of it is not so optimistic and there is still much to be done.So we should start with the broadening of ways of introducing talents,improving the structure of teaching staff,quickening the construction of the all-round style of teaching staff,completion of training system for teaching staff,and take some active steps to quicken the realization the modernization of the higher vocational education.
