摘　　要：结合多年的工作经验 ,从地方高校实际出发 ,从领导机构、工作机构、师资结构、管理机制、业务工作、理论指导、咨询辅导等七个方面 ,探讨高校心理健康教育的整体框架和体系。This paper probes into the whole frame and system of the education of mental health of college students from seven perspectives on the basis of many years' working experience and the practical situation at local colleges.The seven perspectives are:leadership constitution,working constitution,teaching composition,administrating mechanism,professional work,theoretical instruction and counseling.
