摘 要:发酵过程是一个机理复杂的生化反应过程,对于其中无法在线检测而又起着关键作用的生物量参数,软测量技术是很好的解决途径。在生物量软测量建模的过程中,由于发酵过程分类繁杂,机理模型众多,因此适合用人工智能,专家系统来解决这类问题。本文给出了应用于发酵过程软测量混合模型划分的专家系统的结构,阐述了该专家系统知识库和推理机的构建,该系统为发酵过程软测量混合模型的划分提供了一种新的途径。Fermentation process is a biochemical process with complex mechanism and there are many important parameters that are required to measure for the system automatic control. Some biologic parameters that play important roles in fermentation can't be measured on line. Soft sensor technique is a good solution of this problem. Due to the complex classification and large numbers of mechanism models of fermentation process, it is suitable to apply artificial intelligence and expert system to solve this problem. In this paper, the structure of expert system based on rule, which is used to the partition of soft sensor hybrid model in fermentation process, is presented and the establishment of knowledge base and reasoning system are introduced. This system provides a new method for model partition of soft sensor in fermentation process.
