摘　　要：如何根据专业培养目标、培养规格及要求进行岗位群分析,在岗位所需的知识、能力、素质分解基础上开展课程体系的整体规划,并将专业建设与课程体系建设有机衔接起来,才是当前需要迫切解决的问题所在。为此,本文就如何以就业为导向、以能力为本位的新型高职课程体系建设落到实处的原则、内容、路径及保障体系进行了理论与实践相结合的探讨,并试图构建起一套符合职业教育目标与规律要求的课程体系。At present,the subject-based thinking in vocational courses is still deep-rooted,but the capacity-based curriculum models stop basically at the concept level.In recent years,the excellent courses building is in the phase of single course s construction.Because of lack of curriculum building as system security,the Curriculums Reform has become the priority and difficulty in the teaching.And we predict breakthroughs in them.On the base of professional training objectives,training specifications and requirem...
