摘　　要：本文论述了广东交通职业技术学院道路桥梁工程技术专业在企业、学校、学生三个利益主体共赢的原则下实施从"5+1"到"1+2+1"工学结合的高职人才培养模式的历程,通过比较分析,讨论不同模式的发展进步及特点,进而探讨"2+1"模式的深化改革的新课题。The paper dissertates the course of the actualizing of higher vocational cultivating pattern of talented person from "5+1" pattern to "1+2+1" pattern of highway and bridge engineering technical specialty of guangdong communication polytechnic with the principia of multiple-win among college,enterprise and student,and by contrast and analyse discusses the development and advancement and characteristic,and then probes into the new task of the deepening the innovation of "2+1" pattern.
