摘　　要：自主学习是近些年广大教育工作者一直关注的热点,本文从其概念入手探讨了自主学习的本质,并以某工科普通高校的学生为样本,对交互式多媒体网络(视听说)自主学习进行了理论探讨和教学实验,结果表明交互式网络多媒体教学能够提高学生的英语综合水平,但也存在着一些问题。因此文章最后对如何培养和提高学生的学习自主性进行了讨论。Autonomous learning has been a heated topic among educators and language experts. Therefore, this paper begins with an introduction to the concept of autonomy, followed by the experimental research on college students of non-English majors in an ordinary college and analyzes its experiment results and discusses the implications of this research project. Also discussed here is how to better cultivate and improve students autonomy.
