三级医院临床医生工作满意度研究

摘　　要：本研究通过半结构问卷调查和访谈三级医院临床医生、结合参考国内外大量的关于工作满意度文献,探讨影响临床医生工作满意度因素,编制适合临床医生使用的工作满意度问卷,利用工作满意度问卷对临床医生工作满意度现状进行抽样调查,并对调查的数据运用统计软件进行分析。研究的主要结果是：目前影响临床医生工作满意度的因素有13项；临床医生最满意的是同事关系,最不满意的是与患者的关系；不同婚姻状况、年龄和专业的临床医生总体满意度差异有统计学意义；不同个人属性的临床医生在某些构面因素上的工作满意度有所差异。Through the investigation with questionnaire and interview of clinical doctors in a Grade 3 hospital and in combination of consultations from the relevant literatures on satisfaction degree at home and abroad,the paper dis- cussed the influencing factors.With the results we laid out the questionnaire suitable to evaluate the satisfaction de- gree of clinical doctors.Using the questionnaire,we had made an spot check and analyzed with Stat.software.The main results were:There were 13 influencing factors.At present,what the most satisfying of the clinical doctors was the relation between peers;and the most unsatisfied was the relation with patients.There was significant differ- entia in marital status,age,specialty and length of service.There was some differentia in individual attribute of different clinical doctors in certain factors.
