点云精简的一种方法

摘　　要：重构曲面之前,需要对三维数据点集做精简处理,即在保留特征点的前提下剔除尽可能多的冗余点,这样可以保证后续曲面重构工作的高效进行.本文以样点邻近点与强制中心点切平面的关系,来判断局部空间点的分布情况,从而提供了一种新的数据精简方法.The 3-D data points gotten by the laser scanner equipment should be pro-processed in order to reduce the redundant points,because large numbers of data points will bring a burden of computation and store to the computer and influence the work of surface reconstruction further.This paper offers a criterion that describes the distribution of the local data points near the tangent plane with the restricted center,and gives a new method to reduce the redundant points.
