摘　　要：二战爆发初期,苏联为了自己的国家安全,不惜损害别国利益,从1939年到1940年建立“东方战线”,使自己能有一个防御地带。但其间苏联所表现出来的大国沙文主义和民族利己主义,给有关国家带来巨大损失,给当时国际形势及第二次世界大战造成了相当深远的影响。At the beginning of the Second World War, in order to have a defensive area for the Security of Soviet Union, Soviet Union founded “the Eastern Battle Line” from 1939 to 1940 ,although other relative countries were hurted .The Great Chauvinism and Self—Nationalism of Soviet Union gave great losses to the relative countries and had great influence on the International Situation and the Second World War.
