摘　　要：高职院校要以实施管理创新为突破口,采用先进的教育管理理念和现代化管理技术对教育教学过程进行网络化、信息化管理,并以多层次的师资队伍、规范的教学管理制度为保障,构建和完善教务管理排调课体系。这是高职院校不断丰富和发展特色优势,增强核心竞争力,提高教育质量,走可持续发展道路的根本保证。Higher vocational schools should take the implementation of innovative management as the breakthrough,adopt advanced ideas of education management and modern management technology to carry out network and information management to teaching process,and construct and optimize table scheduling system of educational affairs administration by the safeguard of multilevel teaching staff and normative teaching management system.That is the basic guarantee for enhancing and developing unique advantages and core competitiveness,improving educational quality and pursuing sustainable development path in higher vocational school.
