摘　　要：根据高职教育机电专业教学中存在的问题,浙江工商职业技术学院提出"依托宁波的产业集群,以模具业为突破口,以点带面,政府积极参与"的高职服务型产学新模式。根据其总体要求,加强校企合作,打造"订单式"人才培养模式;加强"双师型"师资队伍建设;加强实训基地建设;大胆尝试新的教学模式。According to the problems existed in the teaching of electromechanical specialty in higher vocational education,Zhejiang vocational and technical college of business put forward the new model of serving for the combination of production with teaching of 'depending on the industrial cluster of Ningbo,taking mould industry as the sticking point,driving surface by one point,actively participating of government'.According to its whole demand,school should strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,shape'orderring-form' talents cultivation model;foster the construction of 'dual-qualification' teaching staff,etc.
