摘 要:采用计算机仿真技术,建立某型履带车辆的虚拟样机,对履带车辆的直线行驶性能进行了仿真研究。首先利用ADAMS仿真软件建立其虚拟样机,并通过与设计数据比较对样机进行初步验证;然后通过行驶仿真试验测得行驶阻力系数,同时得到了车速与路面条件对履带车辆行驶性能的影响规律,确定了履带车辆在各种路面行驶的合理车速;最后,以履带车辆通过2.5m宽壕沟为例,研究了履带车辆在克服各种障碍时的动力学性能。结果表明,应用履带车辆虚拟样机,履带车辆行驶过程中的动力学性能可以得到很好的预测。Using the computer simulation technology, the virtual prototype of one tracked vehicle was developed, and its rideability was analyzed by riding simulation test. Firstly, a multi-body simulation model of tracked vehicle was developed using the ADAMS simulation program, and comparing with the design data to validate the credibility of model. Secondly, through riding simulation tests, the riding drag coefficients were measured, and the impact law of velocity and road condition to the rideability was found, and the appropriate velocity under various road conditions was made. Finally, taking an example that tracked self-propelled gun passed the 2.5m wide entrenchment, the rideabilty overcoming the obstacle was analyzed. The result indicates that the tracked vehicle dynamic can be better analyzed and predicted with the virtual prototype.
