摘 要:我国教师教育重视中小学心理健康教育专兼职教师心理健康教育能力的培养,而忽视了中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力的培养。在中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力培养上,我国教师教育存在思想认识上的不足、职前培养与职后培训上的分离、理论学习与实践上的脱离等问题。针对这些问题,可以采取以下措施:提高思想认识,增强中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力培养意识;职前培养与职后培训一体化,实现中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力全程培养;理论知识学习与实践活动训练相结合,提高完善中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力等对策,将中小学学科教师心理健康教育能力的培养工作落到实处。Teacher education in China focuses only on nurturing the ability for psychology health education of full-time and part-time psychology-health-education teachers in primary school and middle school but not on those of other subject teachers.This problem comes from the lack of deep comprehension on teacher education,the separation of pre-service education from in-service education and the separation of theory from practice.The appropriate measures for solving the problem are:to help people understand the importance to solove the problem,and enforce the consciousness of training subject teachers in primary school and middle school for their psychology-health-education ability;to incorporate pre-service education into in-service education for teachers and ensure that in-service education is carried out after pre-service education;to incorporate theory study into practice to improve the psychology-health-education ability of subject teachers.
