摘　　要：素质教育在大学生教育中具有极其重要的地位,全面推进素质教育是教育系统普遍关注的热点问题。高等教育处在教育系统的最高层次,在全面推进素质教育中的责任重大。The education for all-round development is very important in the university student the education.It is a hot problem which the educates the system widespread concerned.The higher edu- cation is in the tallest layer of education system.It is responsible to push forward the education for all-round development completely.
