摘　　要：明清社会,尤其是16至18世纪,存在着很严重的医德问题。作为历史产物,这些问题的存在其实是历史发展在特定时期形成的必然结果。在对医德的整治上,明清时期的名医、国家乃至普通民众,都曾有意无意地为之付出过努力,然而由于法律规范与制度建设的相对缺失致使其成效甚微。通过对该时期医德问题的考察与探讨,无疑对我们当下的医德建设具有一定的现实意义。There were many serious problems of medical ethics in the Ming and Ch ing Dynasty,especially in the 16th-18th centuries.As historical phenomenon,In fact,those problems were the result of historical development in special periods.Furthermore,the famous doctors and the government as well as the demos once made more or less contribution to the construction of medical ethics.However,because of the absence of legal criterion and institutional assurance,the effect was indistinctive.But it would be helpful to the ...
