摘　　要：目的获得具有镇痛活性的小分子化合物。方法用简便的方法,设计合成了8个含氨基酸的小分子化合物,并用小鼠热板法测定其镇痛活性。结果药理实验表明,部分化合物具有镇痛活性。结论化合物4 c的镇痛效果最好,可作为先导化合物进行研究。OBJECTIVE To obtain small molecule compounds possessing analgesic activity.METHODS Eight L-amino acid based small molecule were designed and synthesised and their analgesic activity was evaluated by the rat hot pat pain model.RESULTS The target compounds synthesized by convenient method and the result of pharmacology indicated part of these compounds possessed analgesic activity.CONCLUSION The results show that compound 4c possesses the best analgesic activity which can be used as a lead compound for furthe...
