摘　　要：建立一种大麦中玉米赤霉烯酮的快速检测方法。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对玉米赤霉烯酮进行测定。该方法的最低检出限(IC15)约为0.01μg/kg,灵敏度(IC15)约为0.08μg/kg,大麦样品加标回收率在73.3%～96.7%之间,最低检出限为4μg/kg。此方法特异性强,灵敏度高,样品处理过程较为简单,适用于大量样品的快速检测。To develop a method to determine the zearalenone(ZEN)in barley samples,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted.The limit of detection(IC15)was about 0.01 μg/kg,and the sensitivity(IC15)was about 0.08 μg/kg.A simple and efficient extraction method for the rapid detection of ZEN residues in barley was developed.The method was effective and sensitive and the recovering rate of zearalenone in standard barley sample could range from 73.3% to 96.7%.The limit of detection was 4 μg/kg in barley.The samp...
