强化育人意识 发挥主导作用 培育良好学风

摘　　要：学风建设事关学校的发展。学风建设需要教师的教育、示范和引导。在分析了我院教师履行教书育人职责存在的不足的基础上,提出要强化育人意识,发挥主导作用,培育良好学风。在工作中要以教育树学风、以教风促学风、以纪律正学风、以管理建学风、以榜样带学风、以氛围育学风。Construction of The study atmosphere is related to the development of schools.It needs teacher education,demonstration and guidance.In work constructing study atmosphere through teaching atmosphere,promoting study atmosphere through teaching atmosphere,managing study atmosphere through discipline,constructing study atmosphere through management,promoting study atmosphere through model.
