摘　　要：如何利用信息技术快速有效地传递先进教育理念为有特殊教育需求人群提供相关服务支持,正在成为我国特殊教育实践中一个极有探讨价值的问题。本文就此对特殊教育发展中存在的问题及信息技术在特殊教育中的应用原则和实施模式等方面进行了探讨。How to serve the special education by using information technology to spread advanced educational concepts is a valuable question in practice. The article probes on the problem in special education: and it also probes on the pr inciples: enforcing models and so on of information technology application in special education.
