摘　　要：实验教学在高校理工科教学中占有举足轻重的地位。建设一支高素质的高校实验教师队伍是提高高校实验教学质量的关键。建设高素质的实验教师队伍的具体措施有:领导关心重视,落实待遇,调动积极性稳定队伍;实施岗位分流,以使实验课教师专职化;多途径提高整个实验教师队伍的业务能力;引入竞争、激励机制,鼓励创造性工作等。Experiment teaching occupies very important position in university's science and engineering teaching. It is the key to improving university's experiment teaching quality to build a high-quality experiment teaching body of university. There are some concrete measure of building the high-quality experiment teaching body: Leader care pay attention to, implement the treatment , shift enthusiasm to stabilize the team ; Implement post shunt, so that experiment lesson Mr. take while being full-time; Many ways improve the professional ability of the teaching body of the whole experiment ; Introduce the competition, incentive mechanism, encourage creative work etc.
